Battery monitoring is a proactive way to reduce the O&M burden—freeing up energy from repetitive inspections and reactive repairs and channeling it into more critical proactive prevention and precision maintenance. For an O&M manager, for example, opening a computer and logging in to the system brings the operating status of every battery cell quietly onto the screen, clear at a glance. Where to focus and what maintenance to perform—simple, practical, and efficient. That is just the right experience.
Recently, our company successfully supplied battery monitoring products to Exim3 Data Center in Malaysia. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, Exim3 Data Center is a core part of the EXSIM hyperscale data center campus, an important local computing infrastructure project. Each battery is like a small cornerstone. This project covers more than 6,000 batteries, representing more refined, more intelligent, and more reassuring battery management—but for us, it is more like a quiet act of safeguarding.
In response to the high reliability and high anti-interference requirements of hyperscale data center scenarios, our technical team provided a customized online monitoring solution. It uses single-cell modules and features multiple alarms and intelligent analysis algorithms, which can promptly detect and warn of potential battery problems such as internal resistance trends, thermal runaway, and leakage risks, capturing every anomaly in real time, with online monitoring, anomaly alarms, and fault localization. O&M personnel no longer have to look for a needle in a haystack; instead, they can promptly address underperforming batteries and avoid the “barrel effect.”
As industry competition intensifies, customer needs change, and the market environment changes, looking at the longer timeline reveals what we have always insisted on doing: staying deeply committed to the battery monitoring field. The significance of battery monitoring is, in essence, to reduce the O&M burden—to free manpower from repetitive inspections and reactive repairs. Behind every battery monitoring module is the fulfillment of our commitment to power safety: from R&D to production, from on-site commissioning to long-term operation, every accurate data collection and every timely alarm delivery is a realization of that commitment.
